Artist Anthony Maragni comes in today for tracking with pianist/producer Mark Mancini, who will play the 1929 Hazelton Brothers (NYC) piano. Small & large diaphragm condenser pairs, a pair of PZM's under the lid, and a 57 "in the hole". They won't all wind up in the mix, but I like the coverage for different flavors that each song may want.

THE LANTERN SOUND RECORDING RIG: 1910 Farmhouse Recording Studio in a park preserve. Drum room, dedicated artist suite - daily/hourly rates. Vintage, tube, analog summing, ambient spaces, isolation chambers, baby grand, full kitchen. Logic, Allen and Heath, Trident, Focusrite, Ampex, 32 inputs • Near all Xport • LIE Exit 70 • 631-909-3432 • Proprietor: Mick Hargreaves
